ZAMEL KIT is a comprehensive solution for professionals involved in converting vehicles to gas. We offer a wide range of gas conversion kits adapted to different engine types (petrol, diesel) and fuels (LPG, CNG).

What does the ZAMEL KIT contain?

The kit consists of precisely selected components such as

• controller
• reducer,
• injectors,
• necessary assembly accessories.

The exact composition of the kit depends on the specifications of the vehicle, the type of installation and your personal preferences. Our regular customers have different needs - there are some who prefer Tomasetto reducers exclusively. Others work exclusively with VALTEK injectors, although our first choice is usually a RAIL manufacturer.

Our range of off-the-shelf installation kits is tailored to the most popular four-cylinder engines, as well as to six-, eight- and even ten-cylinder engines. More powerful engines have greater requirements - it is necessary to use a different controller, as well as a more powerful reducer (or LPG reducer kit).

ZAMEL MP48 KIT

ZAMEL MP48 KIT is the most popular kit for converting cars with a 4-cylinder petrol engine with indirect injection (sequence). The kit is based on the well-known gas installation controller ZAMEL MP48. Optionally, the kit can be supplied with a higher model of the ZAMEL MP48 OBD gas controller.

ZAMEL MP32 KIT

The ZAMEL MP32 assembly kit is based on a simple, but effective gas controller MP32 dedicated to low demanding petrol engines. The composition of the kit is selected based on your individual needs.

ZAMEL DI60 KIT

ZAMEL DI60 KIT is dedicated to advanced cars with direct injection. Before installation, we encourage you to contact directly the ZAMEL Autogas technical department to verify whether a given model of direct injection engine cooperates with the LPG controller supplied by us. If a given engine model is not supported by ZAMEL electronics, we always find another manufacturer of LPG controllers for direct injection engines, who has already developed this engine model.

ZAMEL DIESEL KIT

With our dedicated diesel kits it is possible to convert diesel vehicles to LPG or CNG. The ZAMEL DIESEL KIT is most often fitted to large vans, generators and even locomotives - wherever ecology is important and a reduction in fuel burn in favour of an alternative gaseous fuel is required. ZAMEL Autogas has a number of completed projects with diesel gas installations, mainly abroad in Poland.
