Founded in Vicenza in 1958 by the innovative entrepreneur Ottorino Lovato, Officine Lovato was developed from the beginning as a centre of innovation and experimentation.
One of its first flagship products was the LPG multivalve, which is still widely used today.
Officine Lovato changed its name to Lovato Gas in 2007, becoming a very flexible company, constantly able to respond to market demands and technological challenges. Overcoming the challenges of the constant evolution of engines and new environmental requirements, Lovato Gas is now able to offer a full range of systems and components for the conversion of gas-powered vehicles, both LPG and CNG, in compliance with the latest emission regulations.
More than 5 million cars worldwide equipped with Lovato Gas systems are living proof of the success of a product characterised by reliability and ease of installation.
In 2008, Lovato Gas expanded even further by joining the Landi Renzo Group. Lovato Gas's continued presence in all markets is evidenced by the fact that exports account for 90% of the company's turnover. The company currently employs more than 100 people.
