Single gas injector
Single injector in the LPG system
The single injector is a component of the CNG/LPG system that is responsible for the precise dosage of gas into the intake manifold or directly into the engine cylinder. Typically, one single gas injector serves one engine cylinder.
Principle of operation of the LPG injector
Receiving signal: The injector receives an electrical signal from the gas system controller.
Opening and closing: Based on the signal, the injector opens and closes the valve, regulating the gas flow.
Gas dosing: The injector precisely doses the amount of gas fed to the engine, ensuring an optimum air-gas mixture.
Advantages of single LPG injectors
Precision dosing: LPG injectors ensure that the gas is accurately dosed to each cylinder, resulting in optimum engine performance and fuel economy.
Fast response: They respond quickly to changes in gas demand, resulting in smooth engine operation.
Ease of installation: Single injectors are easy to install and configure.
