The FLS 12/12 vapour phase filter or the FLS filter with a different gas inlet and outlet diameter are the components most commonly replaced in any gas installation. FLS filters are installed in the path between the regulator and the injectors. The vapour phase filter filters the flowing gas in the vapour phase, leaving any impurities inside, usually in the form of small dust particles. In principle, FLS filters do not differ in construction regardless of the manufacturer. ZAMEL filter, Czaja filter or Lovato filter - structurally they are the same filter. They have a metal body and a textile cartridge. Alternatively, the cartridge may differ in the type of material used for its production, such as in KME filters, which are more expensive, but their price is determined by the use of a different filter material. It is important to choose the right filter with an inlet and outlet diameter matched to the existing configuration of the gas installation in the car.
